Armorex Security Camera SMS Service Terms & Conditions

By using the Armorex security camera snapshot retrieval service via SMS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

How the Service Works

To use the service:

• Send a text message to our designated phone number with the name of the camera you want to view
• The system will retrieve the most recent image from that camera
• You will receive an MMS message containing the camera snapshot
• Each request you send will generate one response containing the requested image

You must be an authorized user with permission to access the camera feeds. Unauthorized access attempts may result in service termination and legal action.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is entirely user-controlled. You will receive one MMS response for each request you send. There is no recurring messaging, subscription, or automatic notifications. The service responds only when you initiate a request.

Stopping the Service

After you send the STOP message, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer be able to request camera snapshots. You can resume using the service at any time by sending a new camera request.

Alternatively, you can simply stop sending requests to discontinue using the service. Since this is a request-response service, you will not receive any messages unless you initiate a request.

Supported Carriers

This service is available on the following carriers:

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major carriers. Additional carriers may be supported. MMS capability is required to receive camera images. Contact us if you have questions about carrier compatibility.

Eligibility and Authorization

You must meet the following requirements to use this service:

• Have explicit authorization to access the security camera feeds you request
• Own or have permission to use the mobile phone number you use for requests

Unauthorized access to security camera feeds is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination, criminal prosecution, and civil liability.

User Responsibilities

Service Modifications and Termination

Armorex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate your access to the service if we believe you are using it in violation of these terms or without proper authorization. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or on this website. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The SMS service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Armorex does not guarantee that:

• Messages or images will be delivered in a timely manner or at all
• Camera images will reflect current real-time conditions
• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Camera feeds will always be available or functional

We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in message transmission, camera availability, or image quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armorex shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, any charges incurred from your mobile carrier, or any losses resulting from reliance on camera images. You acknowledge that security camera images are for informational purposes and should not be your sole means of security monitoring.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to this service shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us first at info@shoparmorex.com.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Armorex regarding this service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
