Service Description

Our SMS service allows authorized users to request and receive security camera snapshots via text message. Users send a text message containing a specific camera name to our Twilio phone number, and the system automatically retrieves and responds with an MMS containing the most recent image from that camera.

This is a user-initiated service. We send messages only in direct response to your inbound requests. No promotional, marketing, or bulk messaging is used.

A2P 10DLC Compliance: This service operates via A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging and is classified as a transactional, customer care use case. All messaging is user-initiated and response-based only.

Information We Collect

When you use our security camera SMS service, we collect and store:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Camera names you request in your text messages
  • Timestamps of your requests
  • Message delivery and response data (delivery status, timestamps)
  • Camera images that are retrieved and sent to you

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

  • Process your camera snapshot requests and send you the requested images
  • Verify that you are authorized to access the requested camera feeds

Camera snapshots sent via MMS are stored temporarily for delivery and may be retained in system logs. After a period of inactivity, we may delete inactive user data.   • Service Termination: You can stop using the service at any time simply by ceasing to send requests to our phone number. You may also text STOP to be removed from the system.
